Guaranteed reservation and deposit
All reservations made through the hotel's official web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, UnionPay and JCB.
Accepted types of 'Szép Kártya'
At our hotel we accept the Szép Kártya issued by OTP, MKB and K&H Bank.
Check in time: from 2 p.m.
Check out time: until 11 a.m.
Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive in the morning and prefer immediate access to your room, we can only guarantee that by reserving the night prior to your arrival. In other cases, it is possible to check in earlier on site, however it is subject to availability. If it is not possible to use the service on the requested day, the hotel's luggage room is available free of charge.
Similarly, for late departures, we can provide late check-out upon availability until 1 p.m. After that, until 4 p.m. 50% of the daily room price must be paid, after 4 p.m. we can provide the service by paying the additional extra night. If late check-out is not possible on a given day, the luggage room is available to our guests free of charge.
Cancellation of individual bookings
Cancellation policies may vary. You can learn more during the booking procedure.
Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' room. The rollaway bed or the baby cot must be requested in advance. Highchairs are available in the breakfast room.
Children below 18 cannot stay in the hotel without adult supervision.
Pets are allowed with restrictions for an extra charge of 40 EUR/day (food is not included). Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.
According to the amendment of the 2016 CLVI. law, from 1st September 2021, all accommodation service providers are obliged to record identification documents (e.g. ID cards, passports) of all guests using the document reader upon check-in. The system protects the rights, security and property of the data subject and others.
In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
